The variability and vibrancy of this structure change all the old rules and paradigms of problem solving for individuals including entrepreneurs.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">To understand this new dynamic, we must define it using a combination of words from our established dictionary. </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The Wiki Dictionary (<em>Wikictionary</em>) defines the term “<strong>solution</strong>” as:</span></span></p>

		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">An act, plan or other means, used or proposed, to solve a problem.</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The act or process of explaining or proposing an approach to solving a problem. (business)</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">A homogeneous mixture, which may be liquid, gas or solid, formed by dissolving one or more substances. (chemistry)</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The answer to a problem. (mathematics)</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Satisfaction of a claim or debt. (law)</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The word “<strong>social”</strong> has come to mean many things but the basic definition is:</span></span></p>

		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Characterized by, or inclined to living together in communities</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Of or relating to the structure, organization, or functioning of society.</span></span></li>
	<li style="text-align: justify; ">
		<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Something worked out to explain, resolve, or provide a method for dealing with and settling a problem.</span></span></li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">From this a new word or term can be coined, “<strong><em>Socialutions</em></strong>” and defined it as individuals, communities and organizations leveraging technology to interact with other people or entrepreneurs for the purpose of solving problems. Or it can also be defined as the act of working together with other individuals to create new solutions to old paradigms of communications globally, thus interaction without boundaries and limitless reach.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">This definition best defines the new paradigm of problem solving and finding innovative solutions through social exchanges between individuals of different back grounds. <strong><em>Socialutions</em></strong> redefines organizational and institutional methods used previously by entrepreneurs to manage people and groups as well as customers and suppliers.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">When entrepreneurs introduce a new method or paradigm, the old processes and mindsets must be rejected in order for the new process to be truly optimized. Optimization of knowledge comes from the collaboration of many – if not all. Wisdom can come from the collaboration of crowds or swarms. Yesterday’s resolutions to customer service, product development, human resource management and a host of other traditional organizational processes are revolutionized by being turned upside down and inside out.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">For those entrepreneurs who are currently using pre-social media management methodologies, in order to adapt and flourish in the new paradigm must come to understand the dynamics, the tools, and the methods of <strong><em>Socialutions</em></strong>. Otherwise, any attempts to leverage the new paradigm by forcing it to fit into old methods will create social rejections and their old struggles will linger. Most entrepreneurs new to <strong>AdWords</strong> advertising on <strong>Google</strong> don’t fully realize what they get themselves into, which can be very costly and destructive to their advertising campaigns and business itself.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The first “secret” and big difference between disastrous and successful AdWords advertising campaigns is to place advertisements on the <strong>Google Content Network</strong> versus the <strong>Search Network</strong>. This strategy focuses on the <strong>Content network</strong>, since that is where you will find as high as 60% of your target market. It is also the portion of your target market that are already willing to pay for the product or service that you advertise.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">For those entrepreneurs new to <strong>AdWords</strong> advertising and doesn’t understand the distinction between the <strong>Search</strong> and the <strong>Content network</strong>, you can go to <strong>Google’s</strong> “<strong><em>Help</em></strong>” page to educate yourself. Essentially the big difference is that your advertisement on the <strong>Search network</strong> will be displayed on the search results pages and your advertisement on the <strong>Content network</strong> will appear on <strong>Google’s</strong> partner sites.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Furthermore your selected keywords on the <strong>Search network</strong> have a much higher competitor rate than what these same keywords have on the <strong>Content network</strong>. Also on the <strong>Search network</strong> you have relatively low impression compared to the much higher impression and exposure rate on the <strong>Content network</strong>. With the <strong>Content network</strong> your selected keywords also doesn’t have to meet <strong>Google’s</strong> quality score requirements.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Consider what master marketer <strong>Perry Belcher</strong> has to say about this advertising strategy:</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The fact is that <strong>Google</strong> know which advertising campaigns is making money for them and are fully aware of those sneaky campaigns, which try to piggy-back on the system. It is these entrepreneurs that in the end need to start raising their daily limit and individual bits on their keywords, just to get some impression of their advertisements. Even if they try to launch new campaigns with “fresh” ads, <strong>Google</strong> have already identified them as “losing” campaigners, since <strong>Google</strong> is making little to no money from them.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">In this environment where we as entrepreneurs are continuously prompted to improve and always do introspection, isn’t nice that someone can state that YOU are not faulty.  That YOU don't need to be better...  And further confirm that YOUR inner workings operate perfectly well and are intended to assist you in almost any circumstances.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If there is a problem then it is simply the fact that you don't understand how your inner workings operate. So you are controlled by your “auto-pilot” safety systems you posses and you are not consciously controlled by your own choices.  In many cases the “auto-pilot” safety systems of entrepreneurs will override their choices simply because they don't know these systems exist or just don’t understand how they work.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Many entrepreneurs spend most of their lives reacting from reflex rather than acting. Understanding this and being able to utilize this information to direct our lives and analyse decisions and set our lives path which will reduce the amount of pain and suffering in our lives.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Stop for a moment from doing what you are currently doing and take a good look at everything around you.  Especially have a look outside at nature. Everything made by nature is incredibly effortless and straightforward. Everything in nature has a role to perform. It also seems that everything in nature fit perfectly in an amazingly complex system around it, yet does its job without fuss and with a simplicity and beauty that cannot be matched.  It appears very simple on the surface but if you study it a bit deeper it unravels a degree of complexity that will baffle the best of minds.  Nature is both simple and complex... just like you.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Take a good look around you and pick something very simple and common that was made by nature.  Nothing complex like an animal or even a tree, for example look at a single blade of grass.  Not the whole plant but just a single blade of grass.  It’s so common it has to be ordinary and simple... Look at its symmetry and form.  Many best works from entrepreneurs of art, design, and architecture have borrowed heavily from a simple blade of grass.  It supports life in the plant and also life on our planet.  It is almost graceful in its simplicity.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">But a scientist would have his work cut out for him to try and figure out how all of this was built with the incredible complexity of miniature size, perfect functionality, strength and flexibility.  No chemical engineer could ever build a working copy of a blade of grass.  Likewise, how much could a chemist write on all of the reactions going on inside the juice and the perfect chemical balance between them all?  We have not even considered photosynthesis itself or the rest of the plant and its interaction with the ground and air, let alone the eco system of which it is a very small part.  What about the physics and chemistry of the molecular and sub-atomic level?</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Try to imagine how many single blades of grass there are on a football field. Now imagine how many there might be all over the country... and the world.  If your lawn were like the rest of nature it would not be hard to imagine that every single blade of them is unique in some way.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">To understand a blade of grass you do not need to know the atomic structure or know every single chemical fact about it. Grass can be understood quite simply by using your own intuition and wisdom.  That is because grass is fundamentally both simple and beautiful.  Yes the deeper knowledge can be fascinating and useful, but it is not necessary for understanding. </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">In fact too much deep knowledge of the tiny details can sometimes mask understanding because one can lose track of the simplicity and beauty of the bigger picture.  When you have the simple and smart understanding then the details can add to that understanding.  Details alone are just details...</span></span></p>

Even the best-selling book <strong>The Secret</strong> spent a good deal of time talking about the law of attraction. But even <strong>The Secret</strong> doesn’t explain exactly how to apply the law of attraction so people receive more of what they want and asked for versus receiving less of what they don’t want. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">The basic theory and principles of the law of attraction is that you <strong>ask</strong>, <strong>believe</strong> and you will <strong>receive</strong>. But <u>how</u> you ask, <u>what</u> you believe and <u>how</u> you receive can make the difference between success and failure. </span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">If you do not follow these basic steps to get the law of attraction working for you, you may end up creating or attracting more of what you don’t want. 	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">All these elements – and more if possible – have to be addressed and included in your aimed goals. Only then you are being specific and focused. </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">On the other hand some goals will not have so many elements. For example if you as an entrepreneur wants to be confident, then think about what area of life you want to be more confident. For example: some entrepreneurs are confident at work but not confident in social circles. If that’s the case, then their objective is to be more confident in social situations. They need to get more specific and think about how they want to be more confident.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; margin-left: 40px; ">
	<em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Do they prefer to be able to say the right thing at the right time?</span></span></em></p>

	<em><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Or do they want to come across as insightful and intelligent? </span></span></em></p>
<p style="text-align: justify; ">
	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Get more specific with each of your objectives. By being more specific you begin to direct your thoughts and subconscious mind to help you attract the situations that will allow you to succeed.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">As you do this regularly and as you focus on your objectives more often with clarity, you will begin to become confident about your goals and <u>believe</u> that you can achieve them... and this is how the “<strong>believe</strong>” part of the law comes contributes towards your success. </span></span></p>

Furthermore, according to <strong>Francis</strong>, 25% of American households do not have sufficient cash reserves or other assets to support themselves above the poverty line for three months, and 33% of households do not even have an active bank account. </span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">Currently people are killing themselves with uncontrolled and over-spending, easy credit, and a complete lack of budgeting or saving skills. The same can be said about entrepreneurs today that fails to re-invest capital back into their business for future expansion or new outlets.</span></span></p>

	<span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">But just exactly how do you measure your personal wealth or company’s worth? When does a person know if he or she has achieved “wealth?” The concept of “Wealth” is defined as an income level derived from passive sources that allow you to live without depending on a permanent job. Passive and residual income sources are any income sources that generate a positive cash flow, which you can bank or spend or re-invest. </span></span></p>
